If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mugclubca@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
If approved, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
